1eee Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules, Eligibility and Your Rights

📋 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the 1eee platform — whether through the website, the mobile app or any other method — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and 1eee. They apply to all services offered through the platform, including casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, and any promotional or bonus offers. Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

To register and use a 1eee account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

👤 3. Account Registration

When you register an account with 1eee, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your name, date of birth, mobile number, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You must keep this information up to date.

Each person may hold only one account with 1eee. If you have lost access to a previous account, please contact our support team rather than registering a new one. Opening multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.

• Your username and password must be kept confidential at all times.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• 1eee will never contact you asking for your password — do not share it with anyone claiming to be from 1eee.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately.

1eee reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close accounts that do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these terms.

💸 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 1eee are processed in PKR. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards. You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name — using a payment method belonging to another person is strictly prohibited.

Deposits: Funds are credited to your account after successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. 1eee does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. Withdrawals will only be made back to the same account or wallet used for the corresponding deposit, as part of standard security and anti-fraud procedures.

• Withdrawal requests may require identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or larger amounts.
• 1eee reserves the right to perform additional checks on any withdrawal request that triggers security or fraud-prevention systems.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 5 for full details.
• Chargebacks and payment reversals without prior agreement constitute a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and debt recovery action.

🎁 5. Bonuses and Promotions

1eee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on slot games, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the Pakistan Super League or major T20 series. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed alongside the offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device or IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived win s can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• 1eee reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotions through multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies or other methods designed to extract bonus value unfairly — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
• Free spins winnings may be subject to a maximum win cap, which will be specified in the relevant promotion.

🏏 6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 1eee — whether on cricket, PSL, football, esports, casino games, slots or live casino — are subject to the rules applicable to each game or market. These rules are displayed within the relevant game or betting section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence for that particular game or market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after the game or event has started, except in circumstances permitted by the specific market rules.
• 1eee reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, postponed or where the result is disputed beyond resolution.
• Winnings from voided bets will be returned as the original stake amount to your account balance.
• Technical errors — including disconnections, game malfunctions or software errors — that affect the outcome of a game or bet will be handled in accordance with the fair-play policy for that game. In general, interrupted game rounds will be resolved by returning the stake.
• Bet limits apply per market and per account. Maximum and minimum bet amounts are displayed within the relevant betting section.
• 1eee may, at its discretion, limit the betting activity of any account, including setting maximum bet limits for specific markets or events, without prior notice.

For live in-play betting on cricket — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and other ongoing events — markets may be suspended temporarily during key moments such as wickets falling or between overs. This is a standard part of live betting and is not a platform error.

🚫 7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

1eee is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential further action:

• Opening or operating more than one account under any circumstances.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical method to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in any game for financial gain. If you discover a bug, you must stop play and report it to support immediately.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment methods for deposits.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Any attempt to launder funds through the platform or use the platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour or abusive communication directed at 1eee staff or other players.

1eee actively monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, accounts may be suspended pending investigation. During any investigation, access to the account balance may be temporarily restricted until the matter is resolved.

🔒 8. Account Suspension and Closure

1eee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances in which this may occur include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without prior agreement with 1eee.
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Extended periods of account inactivity, subject to applicable notice being given.

If your account is closed for a breach of these terms, any bonus funds in your account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money funds may be returned at 1eee's discretion after deducting any amounts owed in relation to the breach. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact support — your balance will be returned via your registered payment method.

🛡️ 9. Responsible Gaming

1eee takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment — it is not a financial product and should never be used as a source of income or to recover financial losses. We encourage all players to set personal limits on how much time and money they spend on the platform.

• 1eee is not liable for any loss of winnings or disruption to gameplay caused by internet connectivity issues on your end.
• 1eee is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from your use of the platform.
• 1eee is not responsible for any third-party services, including mobile wallet providers such as JazzCash or Easypaisa, and any delays or errors originating with those services.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1eee's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time of the relevant issue.

Nothing in these terms limits 1eee's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
